These terms govern your use of businessnamenumerologycalculator.com/ and any report purchased through it. By using the site you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

Business Name Numerology Calculator, an unregistered sole proprietorship based in Egmore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Contact: hello@businessnamenumerologycalculator.com.

What we provide

Free calculators. Numerology calculations across Chaldean, Pythagorean, Vedic and Lo Shu systems, plus tools for mobile numbers, GST numbers, domains, partner compatibility, logo colours and launch dates. Free to use, no account required.

Paid reports. A detailed written interpretation delivered by email as a link to a web page you can read and save.

Both are interpretations of a traditional system. Neither is professional advice. See the disclaimer — it forms part of these terms.

Payment and verification

Payments are made by UPI, directly from your own UPI app to ours. We never see or handle your payment credentials.

After paying, you submit your UTR (transaction reference) number with your order. We then verify that payment manually against our bank records before releasing the report.

This means delivery is not instant. The expected verification window is stated on your order confirmation. If that window passes without delivery, email us with your order reference and UTR.

An order is confirmed only when payment is verified. Submitting a UTR that cannot be verified does not create an order.

Delivery and access

Reports are delivered by email as a secure link, valid for 7 days from delivery.

Within those 7 days you can open the report as often as you like. Save it as a PDF from your browser during that window — use your browser's Print → Save as PDF option — and you will have a permanent copy that does not expire.

After 7 days the link stops working. If you did not save a copy and the link has expired, email us with your order reference and we will re-issue it once, as a courtesy rather than an obligation.

Reports are delivered to the email address you supply. If you mistype it, tell us promptly and we will resend to the corrected address.

Refund policy

No refunds once a report has been emailed. The report is a digital deliverable produced specifically for your inputs. Once delivered, it has been supplied in full and cannot be returned.

Full refund if payment was verified but no report was delivered. If we confirmed your payment and failed to deliver, you get your money back in full.

Duplicate and failed payments are refunded on request. If you paid twice, or money left your account for an order that was never created, email us with both UTR numbers and we will refund the excess.

Refunds are made to the original UPI account, normally within 7 working days of being agreed.

Dissatisfaction with what a report says is not grounds for a refund. The report delivers a numerological interpretation of the inputs you provided. It cannot be revised because the result was unwelcome — a numerologically weak name produces a report describing a numerologically weak name, and that is the service working correctly.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate inputs. A wrong date of birth or misspelt business name produces a wrong reading, and that is not a defect in the service.
  • Provide a working email address.
  • Provide the correct UTR for your payment.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the site or its calculators.

Use of reports

Your report is licensed for your own business use. You may print it, save it and share it with your partners, employees and advisers.

You may not resell it, republish it publicly, or present its contents as your own work in a commercial numerology service.

Intellectual property

The site content, calculators, report format and written guidance are our intellectual property. The traditional numerological systems themselves are not owned by anyone — our expression and implementation of them is.

You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce whole pages.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the site or a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost business, brand costs, registration fees or any expense incurred acting on a report.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Updated" date at the top is generated automatically and always reflects the current version. Material changes will not be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
