What to include
For a report or payment query, include your order reference and the UTR number from your UPI payment. Payments are verified manually against the UTR, so without it we cannot locate your transaction and the reply will only be a request for it.
For a question about a calculation, include the business name and date of birth you entered, and what the result showed. We can then check whether the calculator behaved correctly.
For a correction to the site, tell us which page and what is wrong. Our methodology is published in full, and if a calculator contradicts it, that is an error we want to fix.

We do not operate a phone line or WhatsApp support channel. Email is the only support route, which lets us keep a written record of every order query.
What we do not offer
Personal consultations. This site provides calculators and written reports. We do not offer one-to-one readings, phone consultations or ongoing advisory.
Custom analysis beyond the report. The report contains everything the calculation produces. We cannot extend it to cover questions outside numerology.

Frequently Asked Questions
I paid but have not received my report. What should I do?
Email us with your order reference and UTR number. Payments are verified manually, so there is a delay between payment and delivery. If the window stated on your order has passed, write to us and we will check immediately.
Can I get a refund?
If your payment was verified but no report was delivered, yes — in full. Once a report has been emailed, it is not refundable, because the deliverable has been supplied. Duplicate and failed payments are refunded on request. Full terms are on the terms of service page.
How long can I access my report?
Your report link stays live for 7 days. Save it as a PDF from your browser during that window and you can keep it permanently.
Do you offer phone support?
No. Email is our only support channel.
